I just don’t see why they do not cover all the info we need to do the job then put people on the phone. Which I don’t understand about their training is you get put on the phone your second day of training. I will just say training is very rushed, considering all the other things they want us to do beside make reservations it is a lot. I really had my hopes for Uhaul which I had been trying to apply for three years. Doing everything I can to make sure they have a smooth move and a safe trip with uhaul. Talking and enter acting with the customer making sure they get the best price possible. My day is spent making sure our vehicles are safe by making sure level ones are done on each and every vehicle going out and coming back. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Which just makes moving day more stressful for them. Of course I locate one for them but I feel like I do a great job of putting smiles on faces and sending them to another location doesn't always have them leaving with a smiles.
